The epic films of the 80s and early 90s are precious relics of the time. And most super-fans would be appalled at the idea of them ever being remade. But inevitably they are. And while some remakes get a good write up, many don’t. So if you are going to recreate the classic of our yesteryear, Mr Director, please tread carefully; these are our childhood memories for God’s sake!
