Putting on a Morphsuit is simple: step in feet first, pull it up, fill the arms, then pull the hood over your face to finish the look. There is a double zipper up the back, so you can do the whole thing yourself, depending on how flexible you are feeling.

Yes. Authentic Morphsuits have two zippers, which makes them much easier to fasten on your own. As long as you can reach the back of your neck, you pull one zipper down from the top of your head and the second up from the middle of your back. The two-zipper design is what makes self-fastening easy.

You can wear whatever you like underneath, but tight underwear works best. Loose boxers can show as creases through the fabric, so close-fitting underwear keeps the look clean. If you would rather feel less exposed, simply double up.

No, please do not swim in a Morphsuit. Wet fabric over your face is genuinely unsafe, so a Morphsuit is strictly for dry land. Keep it for the party, not the pool.

Some of our costumes are described as pop-up because they are built with light wire frames that spring into shape. The wire gives the costume great structure and impact, then folds flat so it is easy to store and pack away. You unfold it and it is instantly ready to wear.

Fabric costumes and Morphsuits: hand wash only in cold water, wash inside out, and hang to dry. Do not tumble dry, iron, or bleach. Inflatable costumes: remove the fan pack and sponge wipe the costume. Pop-up and wired costumes never go in a washing machine. Always take your phone or any electronics out of a Digital Dudz costume before washing.

A Morphsuit opens at the back, so you take the top half down rather than the whole suit off. Open the back zipper, slip your arms out, and lower the suit to your waist; afterwards, pull it back up and zip up again, which you can do yourself with the two-zipper design. It takes a minute or two each way, so allow for that at a busy party, and go before you suit up.

Yes. The mask is a thin knit, so you can talk and be understood, although your voice sounds a little muffled through the fabric, and you can hear normally. If you expect to do a lot of talking, you can also pull the hood down between conversations, since it unzips from the back of the head.

No. From the outside the fabric looks solid, so nobody can see your face or what you are wearing underneath, while you can see out through the mask. The fabric shows more when it is stretched hard, so size by the chart and choose the larger size if you are between two, and wear close-fitting underwear so no seams or creases show through.

No. We do not include any price on the product packaging, and the packing slip does not show prices either. That makes our costumes safe to ship straight to someone as a gift.

Orders ship from our US warehouse. Order before 2pm EDT Monday to Friday and your order ships the same day; after 2pm, or on the weekend, it ships the next business day. With Standard shipping, 90% of orders arrive within 5 business days; with Express, 90% arrive within 3. Orders placed on morphsuits.com can be shipped to addresses within the United States only. If you are in Canada, please order from morphsuits-canada.com so your order ships correctly. Unfortunately we are not able to ship to Mexico.

Your tracking details are emailed automatically to the address you used at checkout once your order is on its way. The email comes from the carrier rather than from us, so search your inbox for "Morph" and check your spam or junk folder; it can take up to one full business day to arrive. You can also track your order on our site, or contact us with your order number and we will send your tracking through manually.

Delivery estimates count business days from the day after you order, and we do not process orders on the weekend, so an order placed after 2pm EDT on Friday ships on Monday. We want you to be happy with your costume, so we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of your order date. A few categories that touch your face, feet, or hair have restrictions for hygiene reasons. In short: complete the returns form with your order number, make sure the item is unworn and in its original packaging, and ship it back to our US returns address using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage. Contact us first if your item arrived damaged or faulty.

Return shipping is paid by you, the customer, and we recommend a tracked service so your parcel can be followed. We do not refund the original shipping cost on returns unless the item is damaged, faulty, or there was an error on our side. This does not affect your statutory rights on faulty items.

Once your parcel reaches our warehouse, it can take 3 to 10 business days to process your return, and we will email you to confirm. After that, refunds take a further 5 to 7 business days to show on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.

We do not run direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the quickest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order, so you get the costume you want without waiting on the return to clear first. Our returns process covers the whole thing.

Yes. Anything bought during December as a Christmas gift gets an extended seasonal returns window: as long as the item meets our returns policy, you can return it up until 30 January. Everything else follows our standard 30-day window.
