Wearing your Morphsuit
Putting on a Morphsuit is simple: step in feet first, pull it up, fill the arms, then pull the hood over your face to finish the look. There is a double zipper up the back, so you can do the whole thing yourself, depending on how flexible you are feeling.
Yes. Authentic Morphsuits have two zippers, which makes them much easier to fasten on your own. As long as you can reach the back of your neck, you pull one zipper down from the top of your head and the second up from the middle of your back. The two-zipper design is what makes self-fastening easy.
You can wear whatever you like underneath, but tight underwear works best. Loose boxers can show as creases through the fabric, so close-fitting underwear keeps the look clean. If you would rather feel less exposed, simply double up.
Yes, you can see out clearly, while others cannot easily see in. We use a fine drop-stitch weave with tiny holes you can see, breathe, and drink through. From the outside the fabric still looks solid, so you get the full effect without losing your vision.
No, it is easy to breathe in a Morphsuit. The fabric is thin, breathable, and built with a four-way stretch, which is why people run marathons and play sports in them. You will be comfortable wearing one all event.
Yes, the fabric is thin enough to pour a drink straight through it. It works in one direction only, though, so liquids going the other way are a different story. Go easy on the next round.
No, please do not swim in a Morphsuit. Wet fabric over your face is genuinely unsafe, so a Morphsuit is strictly for dry land. Keep it for the party, not the pool.
Some of our costumes are described as pop-up because they are built with light wire frames that spring into shape. The wire gives the costume great structure and impact, then folds flat so it is easy to store and pack away. You unfold it and it is instantly ready to wear.
Check the back of the packaging first, as wash care varies by costume and fabric. To be safe, hand wash or sponge clean, and always remove any phone or electronics before washing. Never put a pop-up or wired costume in the washing machine.

No, you can check out as a guest without an account. You can create one after ordering if you would like to track orders, view past purchases, save addresses, and manage your email preferences. It is entirely optional.
If you have changed your mind, visit our Contact Us page and choose Cancellations for how to request a change. We move quickly, so if your order has already been picked and packed, we may not be able to cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible to give us the best chance.

No. We do not include any price on the product packaging, and the packing slip does not show prices either. That makes our costumes safe to ship straight to someone as a gift.

Orders placed on morphsuits.com can be shipped to addresses within the United States only. If you are in Canada, please order from morphsuits-canada.com so your order ships correctly. Unfortunately we are not able to ship to Mexico.
Yes. At checkout you can enter a shipping address that is different from your billing address. That makes it easy to send a costume straight to a friend, family member, or workplace.
Your tracking details are emailed automatically to the address you used at checkout once your order is on its way; check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it. You can also track your order on our site, or contact us and we will send your tracking through manually.
Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your costume, so we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of your order date. A few categories that touch your face, feet, or hair have restrictions for hygiene reasons. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full conditions, and if something is not right, contact us and we will help.

In short: complete the returns form with your order number, make sure the item is unworn and in its original packaging, and ship it back to our US returns address using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage. Contact us first if your item arrived damaged or faulty.
Return shipping is paid by you, the customer, and we recommend a tracked service so your parcel can be followed. We do not refund the original shipping cost on returns unless the item is damaged, faulty, or there was an error on our side. This does not affect your statutory rights on faulty items.
Once your parcel reaches our warehouse, it can take 3 to 10 business days to process your return, and we will email you to confirm. After that, refunds take a further 5 to 7 business days to show on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.
We do not run direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the quickest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order, so you get the costume you want without waiting on the return to clear first. Our returns process covers the whole thing.
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us through the Contact Us page before sending anything back, within 30 days of your order date. Include your order number and a description and photo of the problem, and we will sort it out from there.
Yes. Anything bought during December as a Christmas gift gets an extended seasonal returns window: as long as the item meets our returns policy, you can return it up until 30 January. Everything else follows our standard 30-day window.
Payment and security
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Depending on your device, you may also see faster checkout options such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. You will choose your payment method securely at checkout, and all card details are encrypted.
Your card is charged when you place your order. You will see the full total, including shipping and any sales tax, before you confirm and pay. Nothing is taken without your confirmation at checkout.
