We make Power Rangers costumes in Red, Blue, Black, Pink, Yellow, White and Green, for kids and adults. Every design is measured across 30+ points by garment techs trained in tailoring, so a whole team lined up for a photo fits like each suit was cut for its wearer.
Most of the range is the stretch Morphsuit: a one-piece bodysuit carrying the Ranger's diamond chest design and colorway head to toe. The piggyback costume plays it for laughs, and the inflatable Megazord turns one wearer into the team's giant robot.

Each color is its own product: match one Ranger, or split a team across a group. Blue has outsold every other Ranger color for us since April, narrowly ahead of Red and Black.

Sizing and fit
Most adult Morphsuits are sized by height, Medium to XX-Large; follow the chart in each product's own images rather than your usual clothing size, since the 4-way stretch is placed to fit the widest range of builds, not one. The Dino Fury kids Morphsuit runs Small (3-6 years) to Large (10-12 years); the Beast Morpher kids range runs Medium (7-9 years) to Large (10-12 years). All of our kids' products are safety tested by accredited labs.

Can toddlers wear a Power Ranger costume?
Only at the older end. Our kids sizing starts at Small, ages 3 to 6, and we do not cut a dedicated 2T-5T toddler size. Check the age range on the product page before ordering for a younger child.
How do you wash a Power Rangers Morphsuit?
Hand wash in cold water and air dry flat. Skip the washing machine and the tumble dryer: heat and agitation are what warp the stretch fabric and the printed design, not normal wear.
Are Power Ranger costumes good for Halloween?
Yes. A single Morphsuit covers one Ranger; seven colors plus the Megazord inflatable cover a whole team and their robot for a group costume.
