Adult Morphsuits
An adult Morphsuit is a full-body, second-skin costume cut from a breathable 91% polyester and 9% elastane knit with 4-way stretch, so it moves with you instead of against you. Every style, from a plain color to a full superhero character design, uses the same stretch fabric and a see-out mask, so you can see and breathe normally while everyone else just sees the costume, not your face.

What an Adult Morphsuit Actually Is
Some people call this style of costume a zentai suit or a second-skin suit. We call it a Morphsuit, and it gets worn at parties and game nights all year round, not just Halloween. These adult designs are one part of our full Morphsuit lineup.
Shop Adult Morphsuits by Style
We split the adult range four ways, so you can shop by look instead of scrolling the whole catalog.
Solid Colors
Our solid color Morphsuits are the simplest starting point: one clean color, no print, no character, and an easy match for a group costume.

The Mens Blue Morphsuit Costume is one of our original colors: double zips, reinforced stitching, and a mask that lets you see out and breathe while you look like a solid color to everyone else. It runs Medium through XXL. |
Pattern Designs
Our pattern Morphsuits swap the plain color for a print or a creature-style design.
The Alien Morphsuit adds a vivid green design with large black almond-shaped eyes printed on the hood, on the same 4-way stretch fabric, with double zips and reinforced stitching at the stress points. It comes in Medium through XXL. |

Superhero Styles
If you want to be recognized on sight, our superhero Morphsuits collection covers characters straight off the screen.

The Red Power Rangers Morphsuit pairs the character design with cover-stitched, reinforced seams and a see-out mask. It comes in Medium through XXL, sized by height. |
Halloween Designs
Our Halloween Morphsuits collection runs from glow-in-the-dark bones to horror-inspired characters.
The Glow Skeleton Morphsuit charges under light and then glows in the dark, with a bones print in purple and black spots across white fabric. It runs Medium through XXL. |

The Rake Costume Morphsuit takes its design from the Creepy Pasta urban legend, built on cover-stitched inner seams and the same stretch fabric as the rest of the range. Sizes run Medium to XXL. |
Shopping for a child instead? Our kids' Morphsuits collection has the same range cut for youth sizing.
The Decision Most People Get Wrong
The easiest way to get a Morphsuit wrong is to guess the size from your normal clothing size. Every Morphsuit is sized by height and weight against our own Morphsuit size chart, not the label you'd wear in jeans or a t-shirt: a Medium covers roughly 5'5" to 5'10" and under 160 lb, while an XXL covers up to 6'5" and under 250 lb. Every costume goes through over 30 measurement checks before it ships, so the stretch fabric sits where a real range of bodies needs it, not on one average build.
Solid colors are just under half of what this range takes in dollar value, and by the number of suits sold they outsell our printed, character, and horror-themed styles put together. If you already have a character or a design in mind, go straight to it; a plain color is just as good a choice if you'd rather keep things simple.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are adult Morphsuits one size fits all?
No. Sizes run Medium up to XXL depending on the style, set by height and weight on our own chart, so check your own measurements against it rather than your usual clothing size.
What do you wear under a Morphsuit?
Close-fitting underwear or base layers, and not much else. The stretch fabric is breathable enough that bulky layers underneath just make the fit look wrong, not more comfortable.
Can you see and breathe normally in a Morphsuit?
Yes. The mask lets you do both, though your view is a little softer than going bare-faced, so take extra care around curbs, stairs, or dim lighting until you're used to it.
What's the difference between a Morphsuit and a zentai suit?
They're the same type of garment, a full-body, second-skin stretch suit. "Zentai suit" and "second-skin suit" are just other names shoppers search for the same style of costume; Morphsuit is our own brand name for it.
How do you wash a Morphsuit?
Cold hand wash and air dry. Skip the washing machine and the dryer to keep the fabric and color looking right.
