Kids Power Rangers Costumes: Beast Morphers and Dino Fury Morphsuits
We carry kids' Power Rangers costumes from two Ranger teams: Beast Morphers in Blue, Red, and Yellow, and Dino Fury in Red and Blue, covering ages 3 to 12 between them. All of our kids' products are safety tested by accredited labs, and we run over 500,000 quality checks a year. If a Ranger isn't what your child is asking for, the kids costume themes range one level up covers the rest.
Beast Morphers or Dino Fury: How They Differ
Both lines are the same 91% polyester and 9% elastane Morphsuit underneath. What changes is how they close. Beast Morphers has double zips, a quick-release hook-and-loop fastener on the hood, four-way stretch, and a built-in see-through visor over the face. Dino Fury zips up the back under a velcro-attached hood, with mesh eye holes cut into the hood instead of a visor panel. Both cover the face, so a child sees less than they would bare-faced; stairs and dark rooms are worth a hand.
Sizing splits the same way as the teams. Beast Morphers runs Medium (7 to 9) and Large (10 to 12); Dino Fury carries those two and adds a Small (3 to 6), so a child under 7 is a Dino Fury pick.

The Kids Blue Beast Morpher Power Ranger Morphsuit goes on as one piece, hood and visor included, so there's no separate mask to lose. Medium fits ages 7 to 9, Large 10 to 12. |
Same suit, different Ranger: the Kids Red Beast Morpher Power Ranger Morphsuit runs the same Medium and Large bands, so a second color in the house needs no re-measuring. |

Add the Kids Yellow Beast Morpher Power Ranger Morphsuit and the Beast Morphers trio is complete: three friends, three colors, one stretch one-piece, same 7 to 12 sizing. |
A newer team on screen, the Dino Fury Red Ranger Morphsuit Kids swaps the visor for mesh eye holes cut into a velcro-attached hood. Sizes go Small (3 to 6), Medium (7 to 9), and Large (10 to 12). |

Blue is the other half of the pair: the Dino Fury Blue Ranger Morphsuit Kids shares that Small, Medium, and Large range, which is how a 5-year-old and an 11-year-old end up matching. |

Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes do kids' Power Rangers costumes come in?
Beast Morphers runs Medium (7 to 9) and Large (10 to 12). Dino Fury covers those two plus a Small (3 to 6). For a child under 7, Dino Fury is the line that fits.
What's the difference between Beast Morphers and Dino Fury?
Both are stretch one-piece Morphsuits from different Ranger teams. Beast Morphers has double zips and covers the face with a built-in see-through visor; Dino Fury fastens with a velcro hood, zips up the back, and uses mesh eye holes instead of a visor. Pick the team your child recognizes, or Dino Fury specifically if they're under 7.
Can my child see and breathe properly in a Power Rangers costume?
Nothing seals over the nose or mouth on either line, so breathing stays clear. Sight is the part to manage: the Beast Morphers visor and the Dino Fury mesh eye holes both sit over the face, so go slowly on stairs and in the dark.
Can I wash a kids' Power Rangers costume?
Yes, by hand. Cold hand wash, air dry, for both Beast Morphers and Dino Fury; neither is machine washable.
Are Power Rangers costumes only for Halloween?
No. There's no blood or gore in a Ranger costume, so the same suit works for a birthday party, a costume day at school, or a Tuesday afternoon at home when your child decides they're the Red Ranger.
