What "Costumes" Means at MorphCostumes
A costume turns you into someone, or something, else for one night: Halloween, a decade party, Oktoberfest, a bachelor party. We founded MorphCostumes in Edinburgh in 2009, and every costume featured on this page lists its own fit basis and pack contents on its product page, so you can check both before you buy.
If you have been searching for a "skin suit," what you are picturing is what we call a Morphsuit: our original one-piece costume that covers you head to toe, made in solid colors and printed character designs since 2009.
The costumes on this page span inflatable costumes, decade and theme costumes, kids costumes, Morphsuits, and the accessories that finish any of them off. There is no house answer among them: a giant frog inflatable, a full 70s disco outfit, and a black Morphsuit all turn up at the same party.
Costumes for Men, Women, and Kids
Our men's costumes run from a plain solid-color Morphsuit to fully assembled multi-piece looks. Our women's costumes cover the same range in women's sizing, from a single stretch bodysuit to a full character look. Our kids costumes are sized and finished for their own age range, not shrunk down from an adult design. Our inflatable costumes work for anyone: one size, and there is no sizing decision to make at all.

How to Choose the Right Costume
Three things make a costume worth wearing: it looks amazing, it fits, and it is comfortable enough to forget you have it on. We start with the look, since that is the part you are actually choosing.
Fit is where our range splits, so check which basis applies before you pick a size. A decade or theme costume like the disco or King of Pop set is sized by a numbered chart in inches, Small through 3XL. A Morphsuit fits by height instead of your regular clothing size: Medium starts at 5'5" and XXL runs to 6'5", four sizes in total. Our giant frog costume is one size, because the fan holds the shape instead of your body. Comfort comes down to the fabric: our stretch suits are 125GSM+ breathable fabric, and the black Morphsuit is 91% polyester and 9% elastane with four-way stretch.
With the look and the fit settled, sort by occasion. Costumes by occasion covers Halloween, Oktoberfest, Christmas, St. Patrick's Day, and bachelor or bachelorette parties. Costumes by theme covers decades, animals, dinosaurs, and character looks. Accessories are there for the wig or mask a pick needs.
Sizing, Fit, and What's in the Pack
Sizing is measured, not estimated: every design is checked against 30+ measurements, and we run 500,000+ quality checks a year across the catalog. What's in the pack is listed the same way, per costume rather than left to guesswork; see our favorite picks above for exactly what ships with each one.
Every costume featured on this page is hand wash only, the frog costume included: no washing machine, no dryer, and the care panel on each of their product pages says the same thing. That is the honest answer rather than the convenient one.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are accessories included with a costume, or do I need to buy them separately?
It depends on the costume. Our disco costume and King of Pop costume come as complete sets: every piece shown ships in the pack. Our giant frog costume needs four AA batteries, not included. Either way, the product page lists exactly what is in the pack, so check there before you order rather than assuming.
What's the best costume to buy?
Judge any costume on the same three things: does it look amazing, does it fit, and is it comfortable enough to wear for hours. Then let the night decide the type. Our favorites across the range show the spread: the skeleton bodysuit for a Halloween look that still turns heads, the disco set when the party has a decade, and the giant frog inflatable when you want to be spotted from across the room.
Do you have costumes for men and women separately?
Yes. Our men's and women's costumes are organized separately throughout the site, and sizing works differently depending on the pick: a decade costume like the disco set fits by a numbered chart in inches, a kids costume like the dragon jumpsuit runs by age, and the frog costume is one size for any adult.
How much do your costumes cost?
Costumes on this page run from about $30 to $58, depending on how many pieces are in the pack. A single-piece look like the skeleton bodysuit sits toward the lower end; a multi-piece look like the disco costume or the King of Pop set sits toward the higher end.
